Julie Rayner joined Ray White from a diverse background. She began her sales career promoting home improvement products door to door. She advanced through the ranks to become Branch Manager in Western Australia, where she implemented various highly successful training and motivational programs. Returning from W.A. to Queensland, Julie became the youngest female agent to be employed with AMP at that time. Julie continued to develop her skills with telemarketing and customer service roles. Most recently, training and operational manuals written by Julie for an in-house software program were acclaimed by the program’s U.S. designers and distributed throughout all Australian branches.
With a total of five years each in management, staff training and customer service and ten years in market research and analysis, Julie has a broad base of skills with which to exceed her client’s expectations.
“Today’s Real Estate Agent works within a highly ethical and structured code of conduct. I believe in honesty, integrity, empathy, ethics and providing a professional and efficient service to achieve for each and every client, the best possible outcome.” Julie said.
A father-in-law in Real Estate, a long held secret passion for Real Estate and the need for a new challenge brought Julie to Ray White. “I finally figured out what I want to be when I grow up!” said Julie, “A Real Estate Agent!”
She takes pride in providing a professional, ethical and efficient service to all her clients. Her organizational skills and attention to detail assures that any transaction will be completed promptly and to the highest standard possible. Julie’s system of values and beliefs means that the client will always be the Number One Priority.
